Our accommodations are offered as furnished rentals and do not include hotel services. Linens (sheets, bath and hand towels, beach towels, kitchen towels, and laundry detergent) are not provided. End-of-stay cleaning is the responsibility of the guest. The accommodation must be returned perfectly clean, tidy, and in the same condition as upon arrival. Services can be arranged upon request: * Cleaning: €25HT/hour * Linens: €20 per bed Consumables are not included (Nespresso capsules, gas canisters for the barbecue, garbage bags, etc.). * For any stay of more than 3 nights, water and electricity consumption will be charged based on actual consumption recorded on the meters, at the rates actually invoiced by the relevant utility providers at the time of the stay. * For any stay exceeding six days, the security deposit will be charged in order to ensure its validity throughout the entire stay. It will then be refunded after departure, in accordance with the conditions and timeframes initially provided for the return of the security deposit. Subject to availability, you may request an early check-in from 2:00 PM for an additional fee of €40. You may also request a late check-out until 2:00 PM for an additional fee of €40, subject to availability.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
