The accommodations are offered as furnished rentals and do not include hotel services. Linens are not provided (sheets, bath towels, bath sheets, beach towels, dish towels, and laundry service). Housekeeping is the tenant’s responsibility. The accommodation must be returned clean, tidy, and in the same condition as upon arrival. Services can be arranged upon request up to seven days before arrival: • Cleaning: €25 per hour. Linen rental is provided by independent service providers. As a guide, their rates for a stay of 1 to 7 nights are as follows: • Bath towel set: €12 • Bed linen set for 2 people: €20 Consumables are not provided (Nespresso capsules, trash bags, gas bottles for the barbecue, etc.). Please take these factors into consideration before making your reservation. Bachelor/bachelorette parties, private parties, and similar events are strictly prohibited on the premises. Guests are required to be considerate of the neighborhood and avoid making noise between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM. A security deposit of €300 is required. This amount will be pre-authorized or charged to your credit card up to 7 days prior to arrival. The security deposit will be refunded within a maximum of 7 days after departure, provided that no damage or breach of the rental terms is found during the exit inspection. A credit card payment may be requested prior to arrival. The necessary instructions will be provided after booking.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
